Well we’ve had a nice day off here in Buffalo. I walked around the town, had some good Mexican food, hung out at the pool a little bit, and then all the Special C Boys played a round of Mini-Golf, I lost. Dead last. It was fun though.

Tomorrow, Justin and I are planning on doing some kayaking near Casper. It’ll be my first time so I might go buy some floaties. hehe. I’ll let you know how it goes.

I would like to take a moment and thank everyone who’s called their local radio station and requested songs from Signs . Currently, the song “Signs” is #14 on the BMP Hot Singles Chart and #27 on the  Bluegrass Unlimited National Chart . “Gone to Carolina” is #24 on the BMP and #21 on the BU Chart. The album is #7 on the BU Album Chart and #10 on the BMP Album Chart.

Also, thanks to everyone who voted for us in various categories on the first ballot for the IBMA Awards! We made it through in the following categories: Entertainer of the Year, Gospel Performance, Instrumental Group, Vocal Group, Song of the Year, Instrumental Performance, as well the individual awards for Mandolin, Guitar, Banjo, and Bass. MASHVILLE also got a first round nod for “Going Across The Sea” in the Instrumental Performance category. Only two more ballots to go! But really, whether we make it through in any of the categories, I appreciate the nod.

More updates to come when I can find wifi. We’ve been at the same hotel this whole time, so I don’t know how much net I’ll have the rest of the trip.
